Please read these rules before entering the Amazon Photos Prime Day Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"). You agree that, by submitting an entry, you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Sweepstakes eligibility requirements.

Eligibility. If you are an individual legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes will be void where prohibited and is not open to employees or independent contractors, or immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren) or those living in the same household of employees or independent contractors of Amazon.com Services Inc. ("Sponsor", "we", or "us"), and any entity involved in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advisors, or advertising/promotion agencies.

Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00:00 p.m. (PT) on September 27, 2020 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on October 14, 2020 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

How to Enter. To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period you must enter via either Entry Method #1, Entry Method #2 or Entry Method #3 below:

Note: If you already use the Amazon Photos application, please proceed to Entry Method #2 below and follow the instructions provided to enter the Sweepstakes. Those already using the Amazon Photos application prior to the Sweepstakes Period will not be able to receive an entry via Entry Method #1.

Entry Method #1 for New Amazon Photos Customers: Using your personal computer or mobile device, visit https://www.amazon.com/b/?node=21371442011 to download and install the Amazon Photos application and sign-in to your Amazon.com account. If you do not have an Amazon.com account, you may create an account free of charge at Amazon.com. Once signed-in, follow the instructions to (i) setup your Amazon Photos account; (ii) upload a photo by clicking on 'Select a Photo' and uploading a photo from your device; (iii) click the "Edit/Customize Sweepstakes Photo" button and add a frame to your photo; (iv) add the hashtag "#PrimeDayPhotos" and tag @amazon.photos; and (v) click the "Share" button to share on your Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram social media profile to receive one (1) entry.

Entry Method #2: For existing Amazon Photos customers, open the Amazon Photos application and sign-in to your Amazon.com account. Then, follow the instructions to (i) upload a photo by clicking on 'Select a Photo' and uploading a photo from your device; (ii) click the "Edit/Customize Sweepstakes Photo" button and add a frame to your photo; (iii) add the hashtag "#PrimeDayPhotos" and tag @amazon.photos; and (iv) click the "Share" button to share on your social media profile to receive one (1) entry.

Entry Method #3: To receive one (1) entry, send a 3x5 card with your complete name, address, e-mail address associated with your amazon.com account, and phone number to Amazon Photos Prime Day Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 6009, Morton Grove, IL 60053. All mail-in entries must be mailed in separately.

To be eligible for the Sweepstakes drawing, we must receive all eligible entries by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on October 14, 2020, except for mail-in entries which must be postmarked by October 14, 2020 and received by October 19, 2020.

Limit of one (1) entry per person throughout the Sweepstakes Period using only one (1) e-mail address or customer account throughout the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method. You may not use multiple customer accounts or e-mail addresses to enter the Sweepstakes, and entries submitted through multiple accounts or e-mail addresses will be disqualified.

To participate in the Sweepstakes using a mobile device, data rates may apply for each message sent or received from your device according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless Internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers' rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Promotion. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. Check your mobile device's capabilities for specific instructions.

Disclosure of Amazon Photos App Use. By entering via Entry Method #1 or Entry Method #2 and using the Amazon Photos app, you will be subject to the Amazon Photos Terms of Use.

Mailing List. By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials from Amazon.com. You may update or change your "E-mail Preferences & Notifications" at www.amazon.com/youraccount.

Other Promotions. Please note that we may be running similar sweepstakes at the same time as this Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, you will not be eligible to receive any prizeawarded in any other sweepstakes unless you enter each sweepstakes separately.

Prizes. We will award a total of thirty (30) prizes.

Each prize consists of $1,000.00 in Amazon.com Gift Cards ("GC"). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,000 each. Winner must have or will need to create an Amazon.com account in order to redeem the prize. The GC may only be used for purchases of eligible goods on Amazon.com or certain of its affiliated websites. The GC cannot be redeemed for the purchase of another GC. Except as required by law, the GC cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash. To redeem or view a GC balance, visit "Your Account" on Amazon.com. Amazon is not responsible if any GC is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. If the GC is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced. Each winner will be: (a) responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the prize that are not specifically mentioned, including, but not limited to, taxes, and any other expenses that might reasonably be incurred by the winner in receiving or using the prize; and (b) will be required to submit his/her social security number or tax payer ID number to Sponsor or Sponsor's agency in order to claim the prize. The total ARV of all prizes is $30,000.00.

Prize Drawing. A random drawing to select thirty (30) potential winners will be held on or about October 25, 2020. We, or an agency on our behalf, will notify each potential winner by e-mail within three (3) business days following the random drawing. We will select an alternative potential winner if any potential winner does not claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, or meet the eligibility criteria. The prizes will be awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Limit one (1) prize per person for a total of thirty (30) Sweepstakes winners.

Odds of Winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

Additional Terms. We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, change these rules or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond our control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes or submission of entries. We are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, postage due, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or registries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to your or any other computer resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes. We may, in our sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (x) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website; (y) acting in violation of these rules; or (z) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be void. The authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail addresses. No greater than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules will be awarded. If any technical errors occur in the selection of any potential prize winner or if more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes being awarded as provided in these Official Rules, we may award the prizes by random drawing from among all eligible claimants.

All rights reserved. If you win a prize, you may not transfer, assign, or redeem the prize for cash. We may substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value. Each winner agrees (for himself or herself and his or her heirs) that, by accepting the prize, we, along with each of our respective affiliates and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties"), will have no liability, and will be held harmless by the winner for any liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person, including death, and reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in the Sweepstakes, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of any of the Released Parties. You agree that our decisions related to the Sweepstakes and all drawings are final. Each winner agrees that, by participating in the Sweepstakes, we may use the winners' names, images or likenesses in any manner and in any medium for our promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law, and we may be required to disclose the winners' addresses to state regulatory authorities.
