But, if you just have to have one, they are $160 on eBay. [ebay.com]... was $120 in August, or some widow is probably selling one for $25 at your local yard sale.
The only times I would recommend a miter saw over a table saw with a precision miter gauge would be if the piece is too long to handle on a table saw.

Meanwhile, $160 DELIVERED on eBay if you just have to have one.
But this requires a decent quality table saw. Without that, this gauge would be little improvement over a miter saw other than allowing for higher cut capacity.
Not sure what the "affiliate commission and living in the real world" crap is all about. Maybe you should stick to talking about tools instead of making up stuff about me.

This is a very nicely machined product, I've used the Kreg, Jessem, Incra, nicer bangg version, and a couple of others with only the Jessem being in the same tier. The sale price isn't much though, this goes on sale cheaper throughout the year and a few vendors on eBay stock it for around $160 shipped often enough, I missed on that earlier this month as I'm looking to upgrade from my Kreg but if you had it on your list anyway this is better than retail.
Possibly with the ability to correctly spell Gauge.
