On September 10th, this item was $7.83 and many other ZonePerfect products were significantly cheaper than they are in this sale.

The protein/calorie ratio on these is pretty poor, if you're looking at the bar as a supplement, and in my experience over the past two weeks or so they do not work very well for meal replacement or hunger satisfaction - but they do taste pretty good Smilie

That was an inventory dump though more than likely. Won't be seeing those prices again any time soon.

I used to get these all the time from Walmart. I loved the flavor but... as mentioned, high added sugar and no dietary fiber, so I pass on them any longer. If the numbers work for you, then you'll enjoy these! I'll admit that I miss them a little.

Wife and I like the chocolate almond and salted caramel ones and will typically just use them as a breakfast bar. I don't like all the added sugar and salt, but for a breakfast bar on the run every now and then I like them.

I haven't tried the cinnamon roll so can't comment on that flavor.

Candy bar wouldn't give you any protein. If anything you might as well eat this instead of a candy bar

I was referring more to the sugar and calories in this. Snickers actually makes a protein bar now. Never tried it though.
