What's interesting is that the link provided specifically states that you do, as well as identifying qualifiers as "furloughed or laid off". Initially (or from whatever link I used to access this offer), there was an additional qualifier stating those who were "financially impacted by COVID-19" were also eligible.
We took a pay cut early on so with those terms I was able to rightfully take the offer -- now... not so much?
