Went to Target in the Bay Area (Cali) and saw that the Arcade1up Countercade for Galaga/Galaxian was $59.99 (MSRP $199.99). I believe all the countercades are 50% off at Target but Galaga was the most discounted I saw.

I'm on the same page as you. When I searched brickseek it showed $59.99 everywhere by me. But I didn't get excited so I realized it's just not worth it. I tried one of these at this size and it's just too small.
P.S. the new pac man table top ones have Dig Dug and Galaga as well. Right now they are $149.99 but they will be dropping down to $99 very soon. They seem to lower them around the holidays. Plus a buddy of mine suggests that they're not selling as well as Arcade1up was hoping, compared to the 3/4 versions.
