This is a really good deal. Everything looks solid. I have bought from CPP before and had no issues.

You can upgrade for to 1tb SSD for 19$ and might also want to get the Premium warranty option for $10 which includes back-and-forth shipping for warranty purposes.

It will play games at 1080p medium-ultra depending on the game. The GPU is about average for a ~$850 laptop. The highlights of this laptop are the large battery and good build quality. It also has a good screen and excellent keyboard. And the design is more businessy and less gamery, which is a plus for some folks. It's an all around solid computer.

The one you linked has a 2060 which is slightly better than the 1660 ti in this laptop. It's a wash between the i5-10300h and i7-9750h. Even though the i5 is newer, there are no architectural improvements and the i7 has 2 more cores for 6 total. The 8GB of ram in that one is pretty low for a laptop in this price range, although more ram can be added to either of these laptops. The laptop I posted will generally perform better.

Additionally that one appears to lack the big battery, it only has a 240GB ssd, and it has a mylar touchpad vs the glass in this unit. It's unclear whether the one you linked has a mechanical keyboard or not, and it might have a Wifi6 wireless card.

The amazon listing has some conflicting information so I'm not 100% sure on everything.

Actually, the i7-9750H is significantly faster than the i5-10300H because this i5 only has 4 cores 8 threads.

This is very good deal, though 9750H, it's just 5-12% slower than the current 10750H, which is negligible.

Also this machine is built in collaboration with Intel, having very good cooling and good battery life. This has two RAM slots and two M.2 SSD slots.

Compared to the PS5/XSX, yeah. Hard to say how it'll handle games like 2077 or Harry Potter at high settings/FHD. The CPU is a nice toaster, otoh, and not 7nm.
