a. Tap the "Apply code to your account" button above OR enter the promotion code at checkout.
b. Add $40 or more in Amazon.com Gift Cards to your cart, and complete your purchase or reload your Gift Card balance with $40 or more.
c. Your $10 promotional credit will be applied to your account within two days after your qualifying Amazon.com Gift Card purchase is completed or, in the case of physical gift cards, shipped.
Offer ends at 11:59 p.m. (PT), October 14, 2020 while supplies last.
Offer has a limit of one Amazon.com promotional credit per Prime account.
Congratulations on your Prime Day gift card purchase. Your purchase qualifies you for an Amazon.com credit. A $10 promotional credit will be automatically applied to your account and emailed to you within two(2)days after shipping.
Here's a link to check your Prime Day credits (thanks ophir!): https://amazon.com/primedaycreditc
NOTE: You will NOT see the $10 promotional credit from this deal here (or anywhere on your account), but it "will automatically apply the next time you order an eligible item sold and shipped by Amazon.com..." (this is directly from a conversation I had with Customer Service, followed by the typical jargon). I did not see anything after I reloaded, nor did I receive a confirmation email, but he guaranteed that he can see it on his end and that the $10 will apply to my next qualifying purchase.
**DOES NOT WORK***Also: Do not forget to use your Amex if you have the offer YMMV

(use the LINK with the BUTTON, don't bother with the code at checkout as this doesn't work: Enter promotion code GC20PRIME at checkout, or tap the button below to automatically apply promotion code to your account)

Promo credit from Amazon only works on stuff sold by Amazon? You don't say.
Hoping to use the $10 on something else down the road but want to keep shopping on Amazon in the meantime without using that credit.

applied it to a S&S order.
so it may just show up as some mysterious $10 credit once you spend.
The $10 is a "PROMOTIONAL CREDIT". This is not the same as a giftcard. The email you'll receive says that the $10 has been applied to your account. You will not see this in your running giftcard balance on your account. Additionally, you can only spend this $10 on items shipped&sold by Amazon. If the item you're buying is not, you will never even see the $10 on your account. Just some fine print I didn't see and bit me when trying to checkout for an item.
And I know this has been mentioned, but this $10 expires from your account on Nov 29.

1) Waited until promo started which is Tuesday 10/13 at 12:00 AM Pacific.
2) Click the live link in OP.
3) Clicked the "Apply code to your account" link which reveals promotion code GC20PRIME should be entered at checkout.
4) Selected reload at the very bottom.
5) Chose payment.
6) Done, no checkout option to enter or verify (if) the code was applied or used.
Going to sleep now, who knows maybe I'll get an e-mail stating I got the $10 but I may have $#@! up.
For those of you on the fence, I would suggest sending yourself an egift card instead of choosing reload.
