However, they may not be knowledgeable about when the credit will actually become available for use. I had two separate agents assure me that the credit would be available for use immediately and they were both wrong (promo credit did not automatically apply until I received email). For the record, I had to contact support about other issues both times and decided to ask about this promo while I was there.
