I bought a Global Steam key from Eneba but got a region locked key that can't be activated in the US. Support said they would take care of it but stopped responding after 5 days. So be careful.

Can you activate another region via VPN? You can often get free VPN trials from the major providers. Can anyone else comment their experience, as I am not all that sure it would work.

I'm hoping that they are just overwhelmed with customer issues due to the demand. I've had a problem with a Steam code that was already used. They responded quickly at first but now its gone quiet. I sent another request to the email address posted here and will update this thread if they respond and resolve the problem.

Edit: Eneba refunded my money for the steam code that was purchased from a 3rd party on their website. I guess they were just overwhelmed. Great to know that their customer service does actually work. Its given me the confidence to continue to make purchases on their website in future.

Definitely leverage EnebaCS. The normal customer support will fark with you but that guy can help cut through the bullshit.
