I bought one of those Tracfone plus min/text/low data for 365 days about a year ago. Bought this $30 card to refill it.
Short story:
I basically had to call TF support and after 30 minutes, the rep was able to activate the new sim card, with my existing TF phone number, and my carryover min from 2019 were added to the new batch of 1200 min/1200text and 3gb data, with a new expiry date of 11/2/2021
Long story
The SIM Card install kit came in the mail, pretty quickly, but that was all there was. After a short attempt to login to my TF account, I just called the 800#. The rep asked for any additional PIN number or serial number that came with the card. None of the numbers that were in the package or the packing slip worked. The rep had to go offline to ask a "Manager" but came back and said he got the account setup. Took about 30 minutes, mostly of explaining the card, trying all the different numbers on the packing slip and then finally the rep asked the manager.
Good luck to all, I have a 2nd TF that I'm going to try and extend for another year as well, but I have to use a different ebay account, since ebay or TF won't let me buy a 2nd card through my account.
