Based on the pictures and specs, this looks identical to the Harbor Freight mount which will normally cost you $40 with a 20% off coupon. I have 2 of the HF mounts with one holding a 102lb 85" Sony.. Good deal OP

I bought this a year ago for $45. Very solid and sturdy articulated mount. using it for a 58 inch samsung TV. Holds pretty well wherever turned. 30 is no brainer!

Thanks, this one is better choice I think since it has more open area on the wall so should not interfere as much in case you have/want outlets for power and cables already behind the TV.

This isn't any different from the other brands on Amazon. I purchased the Justone brand and paid $25 for it with a click n save. The trade-off is it's only good for 32-65" so if you have a TV in that range that's a cheaper option.
