If anyone is wondering Lexivon is owned by the same company that owns Sabrent, a computer accessory company mainly known for their SSDs. US company out of Los Angeles, although the tools are obviously OEM'd from one of the tool manufacturers in China.
As with most tools, it's all about warranty service. They seem to have a easy warranty process but they are pretty new brand so take that with a grain of salt.

Curious, may I ask how you came by this info? Not saying I don't believe you, just wondering since I've bought several of their items but yet had to deal with customer support.

The trademarks for both companies are owned by the same company: Arkview LLC. As for the warranty, just going by the warranty claims page off of their website. It looks similar to a lot of others where they ask for info and a photo. Also they seem responsive on Amazon reviews when users have issues. Again, never dealt with them myself, and being somewhat new they don't have a lot of history to go off of so take it for what it is.

Are these any good? Or do I just stick with HD Husky which is tad more expensive

Looks like husky would be about twice as much.
