Costco has done some better deals....

The last deal for the iPhone 11 was for a prepaid card in an amount = to T-Mobile's bill credits
Plus the phone itself was $50 less than T-Mobile's selling price

Most of the newer Costco deals shave been for the newer ($$$) voice plans, however. So I plan on doing this in store (in NH sales tax free).

I have an unlocked iPhone Xs purchased directly from Apple which I plan to trade in but look like my unlocked iPhone will not eligible for additional $200 rebate?

Well, too late. Placed the pre-order this morning. Apple trade-in values for one iphone x 256 and one iphone 7 plus 128 were only $390. With the T-Mobile offer buying with Apple, I'd only get 150$ as extra credit would only apply to the X. Still not a good deal for me.
I rather sell my phones and get a bit more than that.

I don't like this move that apple made. They are including a usb-c to lightning cable meanwhile there are way more users upgrading from devices that have the old 5w power blocks and older lightning cables.
That cable will be useless for them if they don't upgrade to the new $20 charger which they could have included
But dude, they are saving the environment.

The estimate they give it is just that; an estimate. THe final value will be determined once they have inspected your phone. So your mileage may vary. Just plan ahead for a number that is below the estimate.
