You're reading the new line deal. There's also an existing line deal offering $415 for the iphone X/XR. And even better if you qualify for the additional $200 rebate.

You have to push for it. I was finally transferred to a supervisor via Sprint chat, went over the press release with her and made it clear that I meet the requirements and no where does it state that it's for select accounts. I was finally able to receive a bulk credit of $200. Keep trying and good luck!

What's the deal with the $200 loyalty rebate? Is it it's own separate thing you have to go elsewhere to submit?

I got email for this overall offer, against my specific ph number (Sprint SWAC). I've had since the early days of SERO so well over 5yrs. Also the $200 is stated in the email. I went through the motions to upgrade short of actually checking out, but never at any point did $200 loyalty come up. I don't want to chance $200 and is pretty much make or break if I upgrade on this offer or not.

Are you sure about the phone number? It seems that, per Tmo's website, you can move your number to the new SIM/line:

"Apple devices

Your SIM may be pre-inserted. Skip to step 3.

3. Complete the SIM change process (you'll be asked to log in) or call 1-877-234-4299 to move your phone number and service from your old SIM to the new one."

It won't show the offer amount unless going through the checkout process.
That's right - you will have to login your account - select the line to upgrade and there you select the trade in option and you will see the correct price.

I don't think it's the same promo because T-mobile won't honor the $200 loyalty rebate if you buy from Costco.
