Let's hope Costco matches and the iPhone 7 or even the 6s are eligible
Yeah, I can see T-mobile scheming now on the terms:
Add 3 lines of Magenta only, requires 36 months of bill credits, trade-in iPhone X or higher and one major organ ...
Hoping for iPhone 12 Mini promos.

Does anyone know if they can invalidate the trade in if I had the screen replaced? My iPhone is in pristine condition, but I don't know if they could check if the screen was replaced from another iPhone. Also, could I use a family member's unlocked iPhone to trade in even though I didn't use it on my tmo account?
No problem with new screen

and Yes - any iphone works

I'm hoping for a BOGO with no trade-in restrictions for Verizon or AT&T. Or some good deal with no trade in needed. My kid is getting a new phone because hers has water damage so I can't get a trade in on it.

I'm very confused on the part where it says $200 off on the top as a rebate and then the bottom says $200 off

$200 Loyalty Rebate is ONLY stackable with the "Up to $500" Existing Lines offer (2020 Apple Trade P16), NOT the $850 New Line offer (2020 Apple Trade P15).

What does this mean? You can get this plus an additional$200 off for being with them for 5+ years ?? Someone please confirm! Tha ks
That means you cannot start a new line, get $850 for an iPhone 11 pro trade-in, AND get $200 loyalty credit. No loyalty credit for a new line, just for upgrading a device on an existing line.

The only "condition doesn't matter" trade-in that I remember ever seeing is the Visible trade in. Of course others may have better memory than I, but you maybe be stuck with the water damaged iPhone.

Thanks. I have had an iPhone on my account for the last 5 years, but the iPhone 8 I would trade in would be unlocked from another carrier. Would that disqualify me from getting the $200 loyalty offer if I trade in the iPhone from another carrier?

It doesn't matter where it was purchased. As long as that iPhone had a T-mo sim in it for at least one day between 8/2-10/2, you will get loyalty credit. What they do not want happening is people grabbing a used iPhone off ebay to receive the loyalty credit. You'll get regular trade-in for those, but not loyalty.

I think the loyalty credit is to sweeten the deal for stubborn people who hold on and use their old iPhones for a long time.

I guess I'll need to wait till receiving my phone to submit.
Will it tell you instantly that you really qualify?

As the best deal comes from opening a new line, is it possible (allowed) to open a new line to receive the deal, then cancel an existing line (to be replaced by this new line)?

Essentially, I already have a line open with T-Mobile. I don't need/want a new line, but was wondering if anyone knew, or has tried to, "swap" lines to get the best possible deal. Otherwise the trade-in alone may not be enough to go for the upgrade. Thanks!

That'll work, you'll just lose the old line ph#. If # is important, port it out to google voice and forward calls to new line #.

I ordered the Pro 256 white (graphite?) on 10/25.

Here is my shipping details per T-Mo app:

Being Processed
Estimated to ship 11/27/2020 - 12/18/2020

Yikes, how did Apple drop the ball on shipping. Are they making them as they are ordered lol

That is one reason I am not ordering now..I believe there might be some better offers out by BF/ Cyber Monday and if I am not getting the phone right away..I might as well wait to see what the offers are

They sold out all the local stock likely. I preordered on preorder day one from T-Mobile and one from apple directly. I got the one from T-Mobile release day but the one I got from apple came from China and took about three weeks as I just got it yesterday. I think they underestimated the demand and produced less than other releases or because of COVID. Who's knows.

I ordered 2 from Apple and it's embarrassing from an environmental perspective. Both got shipped separately on different planes. China - Korea - Alaska - Kentucky - Idaho - Destination. Expected they had already stocked up their regional warehouse but probably not enough.
