If you are not a heavy data user, say less than 3GB monthly, major savings are available. I was with Verizon and all the costs just kept adding up. Monthly fee, line fee, 911, taxes, regulatory, on and on....

Is Xfinity right for everyone, no. Is it right for savers who don't use a phone constantly for streaming, for video, for online gaming, for regular Google mapping; yes it is.

My monthly bill is between $16 and $28, just depends on data usage. Locations I had a problem with Verizon service are the same locations I have problems with Xfinity, but those are very, very few.

My Verizon bill, no matter what was around 60 per line. Don't need to pay all that money to pad someone else's pockets.

Look at your monthly data avg., to see what makes cents and dollars.

For me I activated the phone ... after 10 mins called CSR and told them I already paid in full for my phone and I want to unlock it.. she did it immediately. No questions.

Of course the only one I'd want is the one sold out. The 11 or 11 max would be the only ones that would meet my requirements of 6+ inch oled screens and low enough prices.

It says on the product pages that if you pay it off in full you forfeit all the rest of the credits. So why would someone get it, pay it off in full, thus save no money, then unlock it?

edit: I guess for existing customers you can pay it off in full.

Actually just noticed the regular 11 isn't oled, so 12 is the only one I'd want of these and it's $200 over priced in my opinion. I wish someone had an 11 pro max at a good price.

for clarification - the only way to get $250 rebate for existing customers is by paying in full, correct?

I went into the store and they told me they don't have any 12 pro or pro max in store and don't know if they will get any before January 4. Anyone else have this issue?

I signed up via phone support on 12/17. 12 Pro Max for me and a 12 Pro for my wife. The Pro Max was supposed to be on back-order until 12/31 with the regular Pro on back-order until 01/06. Both shipped yesterday and are due to arrive today via FedEx.

When did you do the BYOD and how long did you wait to do the upgrade?
I did the same, BYOD in Nov 26, upgraded a week later after seeing the $50 in the reward center. I've just received my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Now
I only see the $250 for the phone promotion.

I called and the rep said that I will only get the $250.
