If you are not a heavy data user, say less than 3GB monthly, major savings are available. I was with Verizon and all the costs just kept adding up. Monthly fee, line fee, 911, taxes, regulatory, on and on....

Is Xfinity right for everyone, no. Is it right for savers who don't use a phone constantly for streaming, for video, for online gaming, for regular Google mapping; yes it is.

My monthly bill is between $16 and $28, just depends on data usage. Locations I had a problem with Verizon service are the same locations I have problems with Xfinity, but those are very, very few.

My Verizon bill, no matter what was around 60 per line. Don't need to pay all that money to pad someone else's pockets.

Look at your monthly data avg., to see what makes cents and dollars.

It says right in the quote "max $2500 in prepaid per customer/account" so you should be able to get 3

Upgraded my Iphone and activated.. more than 15 days and status not reflecting in xfinity rewards portal .. no one picking up the call from rewards center. kindly help how to sort out this issue

Mine shows one reward for my pro which is in my possession. Another byod $50 comes and goes every time I check. One day it's there, another day it's not. Waiting on another upgrade $250 to show up on there which I activated on December 24th. I sent an email inquiry to check on it but haven't heard back yet.

I had a purchase on 12/1 that shows on the rewards portal as pending eligibility (activated on 12/20). I purchased another on 12/7 for a different line on my account and activated it 12/10 but that transaction doesn't show anywhere on my rewards portal. This leads me to think my account is only getting one card for $250. Still waiting to see if their system catches up.

Ordered on 11/25 and 12/02 .. Activated both device on 12/09

Today I see reward status updated as QUALIFIED $500 but cards not shipped yet.

my port in from redpocket is processing for past 8 days. not sure whats wrong, so to avoid missing the boat i transferred my GV number also, which is again processing for past 8 hrs. not sure whats wrong

anyone else have the reward status disapear from the xfinity reward center?

I ordered 2 iPhones back around end of October and my status has bee showing pending fulfillment since Oct 29, but yesterday when I check, my rebate submission simply disappeared all together

I can see my rebate from 2019 but the 2020 entry just vanished

Tried calling Xfinity Reward Center but can't after on hold for an hr, call was dropped

Mine shows one reward for my pro which is in my possession. Another byod $50 comes and goes every time I check. One day it's there, another day it's not. General XM question:

I am looking to add a relative to my XM account (currently have 3 of us on XM). We would transfer her number over from Cricket and just add her as a 4th line. I assume this should be pretty easy.

She wants a new phone so was thinking about getting her a Moto G Power (2020 model). I was hoping XM would put it on promo today but it's still the full price $250. It does look like Sam's club sells the unlocked Moto G Power at a cheaper price - it says it's unlocked so I assume would just buy it from Sam's club and take it to XM and it would activate correct?

Maybe I would qualify for a gc for transferring her number over if we are bringing our own phone too?

in case you have issues with GV, can try to buy a sim from T-Mobile $10 +$15 minimum monthly prepaid $15,get the account no (not your phone no) from Sales Rep +pin, port in was successful in one minute

Just share my note with xfinity mobile reward site 1-800-526-3268.

Try to use call back function. I was able to get call back very quick from xfinity mobile reward CSR within 10 minutes or so. I called them around 9:30am EST from two different dates.

Also there is something wrong with xfinityrewardstatus.com website. According to two xfinity mobile reward CSRs, they can see pending $250 reward on their sides, but I couldn't see on the website myself. I wasn't convince first time. So I called the second CSR two days later and he said the same thing.
