they still are. it's been tough to get in on the household essential deals the last couple of times due to limit of 1 for TP and Bounty, etc. $40 isn't as bad though

Where I'm at they are. Some weeks we can't find TP, others I can't get paper towels or paper plates. Plastic bags (like ziploc), trash bags, and aluminum foil are often sold out too. Cleaning products are still hard to come by too. I haven't seen Lysol spray or wipes in store for months.

If you do have the $40 off $40 and it has an online code as well as in store barcode, try the online code first. I was able to use it online and then again in the store when I got mine last year.
