I will probably bite the bullet. It will be interesting how they will be compared to my old and trustworthy Celestion A2.
Anyone know if this will be subject to extended holiday return?
Are these better than the HTD level three speakers? I just bought that pair for the same price. Wondering if I should return them for these? Anyone had both and have thoughts?
You're killing me with these deals. I just got the BR02's, man. :-)
My room is small though so I'll probably stand pat. But wow, only $70 difference between them.
I'm really glad I waited for these deals. I was tempted to pick them up right after Zero Fidelity put up his review almost a year ago. Back then Adorama struggled to keep them in stock. Now they're discounted $150. That's wild.
I'm looking for a budget vinyl setup and eyeing these up. Can any one recommend a budget amp to power these? I I already have a klipsch sub I can pair with if needed and this will be my intro setup for some higher quality sound over a standard tuner. Currently my turntable offers use of preamp or not and I am not using one. How big if a difference does that make it the turntable does not need a preamp.

hard to say, depending on what you consider budget. just remember, a good can and will last you for many years more vs even speakers.
yamaha makes very good 2 channel integrated amplifiers before $1k level, but there are others as well.
I've owned some of the speakers that pop up on SD all the time. Namely the Infinity R253's and Klipsch RP-280F's. I sold both of those in under a year of ownership and now have these BR03's. I'm very happy with them so far. Great mids, exciting (but not fatiguing) highs, great imaging. Can't comment on lows since I have a sub. Overall they hit a lot of the marks I look for in a speaker.
Any budget stereo network amp recommendations with these?
Look into SMSL or Topping, there's too many models. I am not 100% sure if they have networked models but I think it's a good place to start looking.
I personally use Yamaha WXC-50 networked preamp but they have one with an amp as well, Yamaha WXA-50. I am not sure if its budget at $500 MSRP. Yamaha has MusicCast which is like Sonos and you can have control over rooms and what not. It is far from perfect and there is a lot of room for improvement but my use case is very basic and works well enough for me.

I mention it because you wanted networked.
