    I can't vouch for this model in particular, however, I have the wireless version 800LX for Xbox and it's a fantastic headset (somewhere around $130). So I'm sure this is a great value.

    reviews for this model are 50/50 . Many say that after a few months something stops working.

    Tempted to get this as a backup... My Steelseries from woot has a terrible battery life. Hard to find a quality headset for this price. But I guess I don't really need it. Even a basic dollar store earbud with mic would suffice for work calls etc

    Bought these last Christmas for $40 at gamestop. The wire is really thin and my first pair had connectivity issues when the wire would bend. I got a second pair and it seemed ok. I ended up returning that one too to get the wireless 800XL for $80 from Google shopping with the 20% off code.

    I have these.. the first set was perfect then the audio cable where volume is messed up.. they made me send whole headset back under warranty.. got a new one.. worked fine then the ear muffs came apart from the headset.. used contact cement and fixed.. they still work.. for $24 good deal

    When did they change to a 2 year subscription? It did not used to be that way it was a one time purchase per profile. FYI Plantronics no longer owns the rig brand.
