You can only watch one thing at a time, so if you're really that input-heavy then I don't see what the problem is with an automatic HDMI switch (which is what I'm guessing you meant instead of a splitter). I use one on my old plasma with only two HDMI inputs and it mostly works fine, automatically switching to whatever is most recently turned on & back when turned off.

EDIT: do you really need to use your soundbar that way? Couldn't you just use an optical cable?

I have 2 insignia TV's from 2019 and 2018 55 and 58" black Friday deals. both are excellent and love them. great quality and features for the money.

definitely a buy if you can fit a 70"
