Got replacement, it was a circus. Walmart in my area is poorly managed is saying it nicely. Got a discount too, may have to go back to jump through more hoops in regards to the warranty. FYI- this has no warranty *UNLESS* you purchase it when you buy the tv..... so I either sit on my discounted cheapo buy or go return and rebuy *with* warranty. <watching nuke go off>
Don't the Onn's have one year warranty. . .and if you register it online, it is 2 years?

Also, I picked up a 42" yesterday from online order, and my order history online says I still have 24 days to purchase extended warranty.
And I believe you can still buy the warranty in store after in store purchase of TV etc. But you have to call in and have item purchase and warranty purchase linked together with Allstate etc. within 30 days.
But yeah, for in store purchases, so much easier to have ext warranty on same ticket as item

Best I found out, not for these BF models. I tried to register on Onn website, no dice. Chat, they said to call number. Ask suzy and she found out these BF models(she also said 50) have NO warranty. I couldn't believe it, neither could she. You can test this easily, just try and add the warranty right now.

Gave setting, deal with brainlet that brought nothing useful to the thread, and found this out.

I picked up mine, took it out the box to test it. I'm no video expert so I'm pleased with it.

Then I got an email that my order was being cancelled due to not picking it up and a refund was initiated...I don't know what to do. I don't want any bad karma out of it.

Has anyone else had their orders delayed? My initial pickup was was supposed to be yesterday, but instead I got an email saying that my order is delayed.

Has anyone gone to the store without a pickup confirmation? For those who got the 70" or a different TV, did you receive your pickup email?
Got my pick up email yesterday, came to store today and they gave me a 70". I am so happy with the TV. Picture is great out of the box. Speaker is more than loud enough to watch movies.

Mine says one year manufacturer's warranty right on the box. Just like literally EVERY single new electronic product I've bought in the past decade. I'm gonna feel safe with that.

However, if you contact a company's support center and simply relinquish all common sense and then agree about there not being a warranty, you do lose the manufacturer's warranty.
Sorry.

Went to the store today to pick it up. I mentioned that I was picking up a 70" tv just to see what would happen. To my surprise what they brought out was actually the 70" lol. I'm sure it's because they ran out of the 65". Glad I waited till the last minute to pick it up.

Ppl who ordered later are getting 70" as the associate at Walmart told me that they gave an upgrade for few as they ran out of 65" so based on what's allocated to you while fulfilling the order is what yours... I got 65" expected 70" 😀

they had these out on the floor in my walmart, along with the $88 42" model. they were going fast, saw at least five in the checkouts. some dude had two of them strapped to the top of his kia soul.
That's a really really bad idea with this panel. The chassis design is not rigid at all, if he hits a bump on the way home, it can easily crack the screen.yummy

I've been here long enough to know that everyone will say take the free tv and don't bat an eye. But if it was me, and maybe I'm one of the few honest people left, but I'd call and speak with a manager about it. Just on the off chance that they somehow found out that an associate screwed up and then they docked their check the price of the tv. Or even worse fire the associate thinking that they might have helped their friend steal a tv. I know folks will say it will never happen, or they'll never know or even care, but once in my state Wal-Mart fired four employees for eating candy from a bag that accidentally busted open. I can't have stuff like that on my conscious.
