According to the CM website, CMI is the regional distributor for NA so there's a good chance you're right. I've read some posts saying that CMI is Newegg but that wouldn't make much sense since they can just list the case on their own website and avoid any seller fees.

I got my white nr200 last month and am very happy with it. I wish I bought nr200P which comes with an extra 120mm case fan, pcie cable, and a glass panel.
