Title should say "monopod with feet".
I thought this was some sort of gimbal or gyroscope from the title
It's actually a tripod.
a "Weighted Tripod Base"

Isn't this more of a Glidecam than a tripod. If it pivots radially on the shaft I'd call it a Glidecam.

Dang, thought this was a 3-Axis Gimbal for $27. I got WAY too excited.

Luckily, I was disappointed.

Or "tripod with tiny legs and absurdly long neck"

well, in theory if you carry it with the weight below you
it may act like a gimbal, it just may over sway when you
change direction.

...was just gonna say that.

I'd question the veracity of their Non-stationary Engineering (least without any real world demos, comments or feedback).

almost appears as if they applied a ballast to monopod and marketed as "Stabilizer" ?

Just the parts alone are pretty worth it (if they are not bad)

You can probably buy a fluid head for this. I use the same kinda setup with manifrotto monopod.
