Not sure of the lights are UL listed, it says the adaptor is but that does not mean the lights are. Also the reviews says the lights are spaces too far from each other and not bright.

Its very obvious some of the product images are not even the same thing though.
However, it does seem absurdly cheap for 300+ft and 500 LEDs. Gotta use the code: 500LEDSC

It looks like a 1000 LED version is $33 (after 20% coupon clip) as well

What? Of course these are made in China. 99.9% of LED lights are made in China. Cree makes some in the USA but even other name brands like Phillips, China. If you are actually looking to decorate your house with all USA made LEDs.. All I can say is goodluck with that lol.

I was at The Home Depot earlier and they have 300 LEDs strings for $15.88.

It's in-store only, while supplies last, and I believe they're only solid (no flashing/twinkling), but I'll leave the links below for specs:
