Im surprised how small some of there hoppers are. Honestly, you might be better off waiting for a sale on a Camp Chef. Target and Dicks have sales where you can get one for $350-$400.

Just want to throw out I have a Z Grill and its been awesome so far. I put a link to the one I have. My local grocery store clearance them out and I only paid $199 for a display one.

Get the camp chef pellet grill from sportsman's warehouse with the window in the lid and the WIFI hopper, it's the best deal right now.

I too have that same thought. But I will say that I have both a camp chef and a pit boss and while they have decent sized hoppers they don't do that good of a job. Mostly pellets get stuck on the sides and I just have a hole in the middle of the hopper. Smokers are getting better and better tho.

I just missed out on the Z-wave grills at my local jewel. They had them the week before, than I saw the posting of the $199 and I went back to the stores and they were all gone. For $200 you could not get a better deal, if your not in a rush keep checking clearance deals, or wait till next years clearance deals, its the best value on grills. I would not pay $310 for a grill that might cost only $300 at a retailer real price.

Agreed, I dont often but after I know I am half empty on pellets, I open my hopper to see how the state of the pellets are and usually put a stick in the hopper to clear off the edges. I guess that why the add on hoppers are really popular, don't have to worry about it for some time when you have 40lbs of pellets to go through first.
