Anyone know if the stand is collapsible for better portability? I could not find that model on Blackstone's website.
It looks like it may fold like the 36" does, unscrew the horizontal bar on the bottom, bring legs in, but the legs look much longer than the width of the grill. The old model's specs state "foldable". This one does do not state that. Description only says it's portable.

Portability shown around the 3:40 mark.

I've been looking for one of these for quite some time. It's great that it can accommodate a 20 lb propane tank as well. Thanks for the find OP!
That's the old model $1833. This is a new model #1940 with a different stand.

The older model is collapsible with no wheels. This one is not.

I was wondering the same thing. Wanted to get this for the RV but I cannot fit it if it doesn't fold up.
We bought a different Blackstone grill for camping years ago and love it, was half price at the time so great deal too. Fits perfectly in our camper storage and takes up very little room. Maybe they have something similar out there now?

I had the 22" and ended up buying the 36". If you want to anything like hibachi you need the extra room and control of 4 burners.
Make smaller amount to fit. I do Hibachi on my 36" but its enough to feed an army, we eat it for 3 days! LOL

I have this for a family of 4 and that is about its limit. It'll do 4 strip steaks, 9-12 pancakes / French toast slices, a pound of bacon. If you plan to entertain or cook large meals, I'd go bigger. You also truly have little to no ability for multiple temperature zones on this vs some ability on the larger ones.
Which larger one are you referring to

This is an excellent deal!! I bought the Blackstone 22inch over the summer and had a ton of fun with it. Its great to cook on and the kids loved it—well worth it for $99

I think the pictures on this are misleading. Even the video is for the older model that looks a lot more portable than this.
I have the older one where the main griddle is detachable from the legs and legs collapse down with no wheels. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Blackstone-Adventure-Ready-22-Griddle-with-Hood-Legs-Adapter-Hose/1796473... [walmart.com]

This one looks like its all one solid unit; Meaning you cant take the griddle out and use it on a table top. I would want to see a little more detail on how this one is portable.

I use mine going out camping and I like having the option on having it on a stand or just on top of a table.
Love my blackstone! Barely use my grill anymore.

Awesome price. I also have the previous model and use it so much more than my 36 or 17. I can easily cook for 6 people on it.

I feel like this is somehow a philosophical question. This is a cooking apparatus that involves fire. Being a manly man, I would say get the biggest one you can. The 36" with built in air fryer is on my list to watch for clearance deals.
