    I also am loyal to Dawn because it just works for the hard water I deal with and breaks up oily residue on my dishes.

    This is probably my favorite dish soap overall (not that I've tried "them all"). Stronger cleaning power compared to the green/orange Palmolive (as well as standard blue Dawn) from what I remember, and better scent IMO.

    Seems to keep sponges less likely to grow mold/mildew too.

    I'm normally not a brand loyal kind of person, but when it comes to dish detergent, I'd save your money and stick to Dawn. You might think you're saving money with cheaper brands, but in my experience, it doesn't clean very well and you end up having to use more.

    That being said, Palmolive Ultra is probably the next best thing, but it still doesn't come close to any variety of Dawn. I can clean a whole sink full of dishes with a few drops of Dawn.

    "organic" dish soap doesn't grow mold/mildew.

    I'm a Dawn user myself too. I feel like Dawn is more condense compared to Palmolive. I use less of it washing dishes.

    This stuff is great. Not a Dawn loyalist so can't speak to it's efficacy but this is the best dish soap I've used. Got it on a SD last December.

    Everytime I buy Dawn because it's on sale I'm disappointed. Has a nasty metallic smell no matter what scent I buy. Palmolive is the best dish soap that I've used and cuts grease and smells so much better. I'll never buy another brand again.
