It says it protects against bacteria, but does not mention virus. Bacteria are giants when compared to viruses. The smallest bacteria are about 0.4 micron (one millionth of a meter) in diameter while viruses range in size from 0.02 to 0.25 micron. This makes most viruses submicroscopic, unable to be seen in an ordinary light microscope. Any thoughts?

Your correct not sure why your getting down voted. I use n95 regularly but my stock is getting low and I believe kn is the Chinese equivalent but I'll take a pass on these.

This is not my field of expertise but I think that masks are expected to stop respiratory droplets, whose size is in the range of 5 to 10 microns. So, if these masks can really stop particles smaller than 0.25 microns, they would offer the expected protection against Covid viruses that are carried by respiratory droplets (but not if they were aerosolized). Areosolized Covid 19 is possible but experts believe transmission is mostly droplet-based. Possibly, if a Covid-positive patient is being intubated, he may strenuously cough and release aerosolized forms of the virus. That said, I don't think I will be buying THESE masks!
While they do claim to be on the FDA's EAU list, the specific manufacturer and model isn't listed, so there's no means to verify this claim. The eBay listing shows the manufacturer as "Sanfo" and there is a "Jiangsu Sanfo Outdoor Products Co., Ltd" listed on the FDA Appendix A list but it's not clear if this is the same company or the same product.
Some other options:
A real N95 on an elastomeric respirator (filters inhale only) or
KN95 from Powercom (on FDA list, Appendix A): https://bonafidemasks.com/Powecom-kn-95/
