Be aware that all the callouts on the packaging like 13g of protein are true ONLY if you make it with a cup of skim vitamin AD milk. otherwise it's mostly just a packet of sugar and fat.

My biggest issue with these are the amount of sugar. Wish they would drop it significantly.

True on the sugar but it's great to mix with milk after a hard workout

can someone please let me know how does the chocolate flavour on this taste? Because some chocolate flavourings just dont taste like chocolate.

It's actually pretty good. We buy it for our picky toddler. I drink one every now and then.

This is a pretty good deal. I usually purchase the 40 pack from Costco for about $10. I drink one of these every day and have done so for the last few years. The chocolate is a good flavor, not as good as Nesquik, but there are a lot of vitamins which make it worth it.

There is a no sugar added version of the product, look for the Light Start. Used to be in a blue box. I don't see it as part of this deal.
