I bought these last month and it works with my S20 FE no problem. I asked my wife to see if she can tell any difference between her Airpods (non-pro) and OnePlus Buds and she said she couldn't tell. OnePlus did announce that they were gonna release the app to change settings, update firmware, etc in the future, but who knows when that'll be.

TLDR: From my experience, quality-wise as good as regular Airpods and works like any bluetooth headphones.

I got these same earphones with my Oneplus 8T. Quality is on par with airpods (non-pro) version and works with my computer bluetooth as well as other bluetooth devices. However, the noise cancellation isn't great on these and the oneplus bud z is coming out for $49.99 soon(?). If anyone is interested here's the link: https://www.oneplus.com/product/oneplus-buds-z
