I purchased the phone on 2 Nov and noticed the promotion reduced the trade in amount after the 5 Nov promotion to $700. Are people running into issues getting the $800 trade in credit? Thanks!

The new deal is now up to $800. $100 less than the previous deal.
Clearly I need to go to a different store. After reading the horror stories about mailing them in, there no way I'm going that route.
That rep was lying, if it was an AT&T corporate store. Next time, tell the rep to wait while you call into AT&T loyalty department and have them talk directly to that store manager. I am sick of these AT&T store associates' unethical and dishonest behaviors.
