I picked these up on the Prime day deal to replace an older Logitech headset I'd been using for WFH conferences, but immediately returned them to Amazon.

They felt cheap, like a $30 headset, were simultaneously bulky and floppy, the roller volume knob was fussy, the boom mic wouldn't hold a position well, and recording level wasn't great.

I bought a used Plantronics Focus off eBay for $80 instead, and for WFH conferencing it is leagues better and a whole different level of build quality and materials.

My experience, YMMV depending on your needs and expectations.

Had these for about 2+ years. Good headset. Lightweight, comfortable and good sound/mic. Cons is that the charging cable connection has gotten loose over time, so when listening and charging, it connects and disconnects on its own (making the charging sound). No big deal, but can get annoying. Happens about once every 30 min - 1 hour or so intermittently.

I am excited to get these, from the Amazon Prime day deal. I will have them to compare with my (coming in soon) Jabra Evolve2 Wireless set and I am scared poopless due to how much hate they are getting in Amazon reviews + Reddit mostly....I sure hope that both sets will be fine...

Other than price, this Logitech headset in the post being lower... anyone know how these compare over the ARCTIS 9 and ARCTIS 7P? Also 9 vs 7P, seem one major difference is one has Bluetooth and the other doesn't. Is it worth getting the 9 over the 7P at the price difference of $49?
