I have 3 inflators, a deflator/inflator, and going to get a bigger 1 gallon at a later date. They are great to keep in the vehicle for emergency.

The tire inflator is so awesome! I got frustrated a few days ago after going to 3 local gas stations and all their air pumps were out of service. I remembered i saw this inflator on here a few days ago for $19. Decided to go pick it up since i already have 2 18v Ryobi batteries that i use with my impact driver & drill.

Its honestly a workhorse, i pushed it more than i should have, they recommend 5min on / 5min off but i filled 3 of my car tires together. The hose finally started to get super hot so that is when i gave it a break. Definitely recommend it to anyone who already has the ryobi batteries.

Totally agree, this pump has the digital gauge which hopefully is better than the older one I got with the inaccurate analog needle. I recommend the bigger battery if you have one already, this pump has saved me many times without sitting in that long Wawa line. It's the perfect light duty pump to top off tires (5 psi), sports balls etc.

Didn't think about using it to drive air powered brad nailer. I only have 20galon compressor and it is pain to take the hose to the third floor for small nailing and I can definitely see myself using this. For $19, it isn't bad idea. Now, the large volume inflator, I don't really have much use for one though.

Anyone have experience with the high volume inflator? Whats the max PSI? Ive used the High pressure and can get my bike tires to 110PSI, but can't get my van tires to 65PSI. I'm wondering if it would work on my van tires.

EDIT: NVM doesn't seem like it even has a Shrader attachment for it.

Don't run these past their duty cycles. It's not that they'll necessarily overheat and stop working immediately, it's that you're probably shortening the life of the tool quite a bit if you make a habit out of it. These are cheap enough that I guess it doesn't really matter much, but it's a good idea to stick to the recommended on/off cycles for any inflator like this if you want it to last for a while.

These kinda suck. The inflator anyway, I have it, it starts smelling and gets way, way too hot if you're doing something like a car tire.

I am MUCH happier with their Dual Function Inflator/Deflator, that one lets you set-and-forget the PSI you want, and it has no issues. I am not sure it works as well as a "blower" but it's great for inflating/deflating air mattresses, car tires, etc. And it costs the same; I bought mine "factory seconds" from Discount Tools for $37 shipped.

It uses a Schrader valve to inflate tires. I wish it was dual to inflate presta value tires.

Which one did you use of the two listed or do they go together?
