If you search previous threads you'll see it has

4 years advance replacement
No VESA mount (special mount exists if you really want VESA but that would bump your cost, no really worth it IMO)
Somewhat wobbly stand
a cheaper price tag (but no one has a time machine, right?)

Scaling is needed for some on a 27" 4k, myself included. These might be factors that affect your decision to buy/pass.

Some comments mentioned issues with gaming. Anyone have any experience with gaming on this 4k monitor?

I have two of this.
I went thru several qhd monitors but this is best, even at 4k.

Very bright and txt is sharp.
I recommend for office use. I set mine at 150% zoom so it's same as qhd

Any experience how good the 4 year warranty actually is? Cos I've seen couple of people mentioning the manufacturer give the run around when trying to claim the warranty.
Thanks.

I bought this model last year for $210. It's a good monitor well worth $250. But it is not a deal (i.e. as in heavily discounted). It's been at $240-250 ever since I got it.

I have used Philips warranty on another monitor and it was good. After a phone call I had to email a few pics and receipt and they sent out a replacement. The model I ordered was no longer in stock so they sent an upgraded version. I had to ship the broken one back in the box.
