Dom doesn't release wine till about 10 years after vintage. Most recent is 2010. All champagne is made and aged in bottle. One reason is pricier than other wines.

They got it from the front cage, so I hope they are good.
Probably wanted to clear out space. If it helps, I can produce the receipt for price matching.
