If it is 100% yield and no trim waste, then works out to $45 per 8 oz portion. Not horrible assuming you could effectively portion it out while still frozen. Worry would be how long you expected it to be kept in a home freezer - regular defrost cycles could impact the quality unless you had a true deep freeze.
