Amex Offer YMMV: Spend $5 by tapping to pay, get $2 back, up to 5 times ($10)
Had this on my Amex blue. YMMV as with all amex offers.
Appears to exclude NFC / digital wallets from devices according to the terms.
Excerpt from terms:
An "eligible transaction" means a purchase made with your enrolled American Express Card on or before 1/15/2021 using the contactless feature. This offer expires on 1/15/2021. Offer only valid for purchases made with your Card via a contactless feature. "Contactless" payment is defined as tapping your Card on the card reader. If you cannot use the contactless feature on your Card for the purchase for any reason your purchase will not qualify for this offer.
By searching, it appears a similar offer existed until recently, though it was worth more and used digital wallets instead.
