I bought one of these a couple of years ago. Infrared element was spotty for a while and then stopped working altogether. Attempted to get warranty service - after some serious wrangling, they agreed to mail me the part -- shipped at my expense. Told me it was easy to replace and there would be instructions included. Received the part with no instructions. Finally gave up and moved on to the Duraflame brand heaters. I have several of them and they have all performed well.
