The website is a mess and definitely overwhelmed. Every time I add things to cart, it says "added" but the it doesn't show up in the actual cart. Ok fine, clearly the stock is moving. But even when I try to check out, it changes the zip code by one digit and tells me it's not the same as my shipping/billing address so please update. There's an hour of my life wasted.
Tried again this morning and my cart still had a few items from yesterday, plus it let me add some Lego and metal build kits that were previously getting errors. Signed up for the emails for the 15% off coupon and the code -- WELCOME15 -- looks pretty generic and popped up on the screen after hitting enter. The email came through within a few minutes.
We'll see how much, if any, will actually ship. I picked up a dozen things $2.50-$10 that will make fun holiday present add-ons.
Many more toys offered in store not just quantity but in variety as well. I was able to use my bounce back coupons at the bottom of previous receipts for $10 off $40 and reward coupons. I purchased Little People garage, LP airplane, Barbies, Robotic Dinosaurs (Zuru T-Rex $7.50), Masterpieces puzzles and games, Barbie magnetic paper dolls, Metal Machines Dinosaur, 5 pack Hot Wheels ($2.50), 3 Pack Metal Machines, Moana and other disney dolls, plush Mickey and Minnie, Hello Kitty Barbie Fashion outfits ($1.50) and a bunch of other fun stuff.
I had quite a few coupons so I purchased in $40 increments to maximize savings. Being in store allowed me to pick out the best boxes for gift-giving and having more choices then online. I did look online before going to the store however. And I did visit more than one store. Each store had different items.
