Agree about the double click issue but I've always been able to use the warranty from Logitech. Not sure how long it is off hand. I've had to use it 3 times in the past.

Logitech offers a 2 year warranty, I'm in the process of filing one right now for my G604. I would've gladly paid $8 to be able to drive to BestBuy and swap it for a new one.

Has much better scroll wheel with infinity scroll and horizontal scrolling. Simplified DPI led indicator. Bluetooth support. Also only one AA battery with highly noticeable battery life improvement.

How much of an improvement compare to G602? I'm pretty happy with my G602, battery life is good, almost 3 months for heavy use, but that middle click is not very sensitive, I had to RMA it...

I moved from the 602 to 604 myself. For work, the 602 is more than sufficient. However, if you do any gaming then the 604 is a huge upgrade. Better battery life, sensor, buttons, polling rate, etc.

I agree with the clicks. There is a guy who will solder good, quality switches to your mouse for I believe $35-40, depending on which switch you want. I will be doing that once my 3rd g903 is out of warranty. It's a shame logitech switched to these Chinese omron switches :/

How is the shape and size? The G602 is the perfect size for me. I upgraded to the G502 last week and while it's similar in shape to the G602, it feels a little too narrow and small for me but the sensor is several leagues ahead. I would love if this is the G602 with a better sensor.
