Best Buy also has the top two 4K players I've been price watching for on sale now. What is the consensus on SD regarding the Sony UBPX700 [bestbuy.com] for $150 and the LG UBK90 [bestbuy.com] for $200? I have an LG OLED tv for it so I was leaning towards their model.

If you are asking in performance, the Sony is better. For the same price the Panasonic 420 is significantly better, if you can live without DV.

I read the opposite. The current xbox one x supports Atmos I think. As for DV the Xbox Series X is expected to support it.

Ugh, that is REALLY annoying if true. It was bad enough that the X doesn't have it, inexcusable for the series X not to.
