I have a similar (or same) one as this under a different brand, cost about $10 more, but it's been great so far. Really useful if you're away for a day or two without relying on neighbors or friends

I could really use something like this for my cat, but the dropoff in customer satisfaction from the seller is concerning.

Though the seller has 94% positive reviews in the last 12 months, they only have 79% positive reviews in the last 30 days.

This could just be my experience with Amazon, however, if the item is 'fulfilled by Amazon' it means it's sent via an Amazon warehouse. That means they take care of the delivery / returns / refunds (from what I understand), and Amazon have been fantastic for refunds on the rare occasions I've needed them (even from items sold via a third party). Although my last refund was over a year ago, so maybe things have changed since?

I get what you're saying, although in the last 30 days there's only been 12 feedback. 75% = 9 positive. That means 2 neutral and only 1 negative feedback. Which seems to be for 3D printers, not for the pet feeder. It's a low amount of recent feedback with 1 negative review bringing down the average massively. Over the last 90 days, it's been 92% positive.
