Reduction in prices for Unlocked Moto G phones on Amazon. Can be bundled with the ongoing tracfone/SimpleMobile 100$ refund.
I think they are trying to price match BF deals on Sam's club for the same.

How do you do the Tracfone bundle? A G stylus unlocked for $95 would be an incredible deal.

NVM I found it/ Here's the $100 rebate deal

Anyone interested in this, check out this post from the other day.
https://slickdeals.net/f/14448731-moto-g-stylus-ymmv-150-walmart-in-store-only?src=SiteSearchV2_SearchBarV2Algo1

I hit the Brickseek jackpot, only one store in my area had any stock and it showed as "Limited Stock". Went to the store, didn't see any on display at all so as a last ditch effort I asked one of the employees and he said , "Hmmm, hold on a second" and went behind the electronics counter and opened up a drawer and it was sitting in there, the last one. Got it for $150. I don't know if it was put aside for an employee or what but it's mine now, haha.

This phone is UNLOCKED for use on GSM or CDMA networks.

OP, you may want to add that it's unlocked to your title. That makes this phone much more useful to more people, since it can be used on any us network and that will trigger people's deal alerts for unlocked phones.

I feel this is an awesome deal at $199. Here's my experience as a recent buyer. I bought one for $250 a couple weeks back and I love it. I get 2 days out of the battery and it feels quick to me. Zero buyer's remorse. I don't use the stylus that much but it's nice to have; I haven't learned all the features of it yet. You'll want a grippy case; without one it felt slippery. The back of the phone is a very attractive looking blue (so get a clear case!). The finger print reader works quickly and has been an easy transition from a front sensor. I greatly appreciate the "chop the air 2 times" feature to turn the flashlight on/off. Seriously, i can pull the phone out of my pocket and have the flashlight on in 2 seconds.

I'm considering this phone. I had an LG phone with a stylus. I rarely used the stylus, but I fidgeted with the stylus all the time, because it was there, so I'm a little reluctant to have a stylus again. Smilie

This stylus is simply a metal stick with a wire mesh tip for conductance. There aren't "smart" stylus features like pressure sensing. Of course, at this price, i wasn't expecting those features.

If you don't think you'd actually use it much, you won't miss out on too much if you picked an equivalent phone w/o the stylus (sorry I don't know which other moto phone that would be). I like it to do quick drafts of things like a fence line I'm planning to know how many posts I need. I never seem to have a notepad when I'm out in the yard taking measurements nor when I'm at Menards looking at materials, but I've always got my phone and the stylus works well enough to do that stuff.

I went into this thinking it would have significant shortcomings. I didn't have great luck with my last moto phone and with this one costing me only $250, I didn't have very high expectations. Fortunately, my first couple weeks with this phone have been great and I hope it stays this way for a while.

No part of me wishes I would have spent 4-5x more $$ on a current flagship phone... There's enough here to keep me satisfied for a couple years as long as it holds up and doesn't slow down too much.

If you go to motorola's website here:
https://www.motorola.com/us/smart...g-stylus/p

and go down and click on specs it says:

Boost
Not supported

I believe it says that because there are issues with Sprint MNVOs and some moto phones only getting 3g data. I'm not sure if a fix has been found.

the Rebate program runs until 12/31, for about 2 month, good chance the price on G stylus could see a lower price maybe...

I want to buy this phone but don't want tracfone service, am I still able to claim rebate? Any one claimed it successfully without activating service?

Sure, use Simple Mobile or Total Wireless instead. If you don't intend to use the service, then Tracfone is probably least expensive to throw away.
