We apologize for any inconvenience related to the touch phenomenon of the Galaxy S20 FE product.
S20 FE's touch function-related malfunctions were improved, and the improved SW was issued on October 21st, butit was understood as a request for additional improvement.
We are preparing to update additionally improved SW as soon as possible.
Please always update the S/W to the latest version and use it, andfor any insufficiency related to the game that you think needs improvement , please register an error as follows.
After registering an error, please comment with a simple comment on the registered content.

Why TD? I am actually considering this.. should i wait for better deal? If you don't mind DPP on verizon Note20 for $550 and Note Ultra for $850. what am i missing? are there better deals out there? i can't find it.

$450 off is the best deal I've seen on the Note 20 or Note 20 Ultra, but I'm waiting for some more people to weigh in.

Is the $450 off an instant savings or split out over the course of 24 months? Fine print doesn't make it clear. If this discount is instant and we're able to pay off the device later on without losing this discount, then this is a hot deal and I would jump at a Note 20 Ultra for $850. Need more details on this, may have to go visit Best Buy.

This is a $450 down payment BB makes when you sign up for the installment. It is not bill credits. You're free to pay off the remaining balance afterwards.

I purchased the FE 10 days ago, even though it said nothing about instant discount it actually was. Verizon is allowing me to pay off the phone 21 days after my purchase. I also called their support to price match this deal. Getting a GC for the difference.

With Verizon it's a $450 instant discount. You'll have 24 monthly payments of $35.41 for Note 20 Ultra, which is a total of $850. You can pay off the balance at any time. I am planning to get this phone tomorrow.

Math don't add up on the S20FE. It's only $400 of but it's actually only $350 off since Bestbuy seems to charge $750 for the $699 phone. 14.58 x 24 = $350. It should be $250 if it is really $450 off.
