We were not happy with it. There is a lot of light bleed from around the edges and problems with Dolby Vision which renders many HDR Netflix shows hard to watch. Hisense confirmed that NONE of their models allow disabling of DV using the internal apps, they provided only a hacky workaround to disable it on external HDMI ports.
Also, my experience so far dealing with HiSense customer support is that they are extremely shifty and worse than most at exaggerating or outright lying regarding the specs of their TVs.
That being said, I did then purchase the H8 model for $100 more at Costco and have been using that for the past week. It is significantly better in picture, although the DV problem remains.
For $200 this might be a good deal, although I can say the build quality on the R6 seems really low. Despite the fact that my previous TCL died after 3.5 years, I think I'm still going to try and nab the WM BF deal at $150 and just be happy with the fact I only dropped $150 on a TV.
