That means 60Hz native.
I might be reading this incorrectly (from Vizio Website), but:
"The powerful Active Full Array® backlight uses 30 local dimming zones to intelligently adapt brightness to the image on screen, producing deeper black levels and more radiant contrast."

https://www.vizio.com/en/tv/m-series/M506x-H9

Quantum Color: Built on VIZIO's powerful Active Full Array® backlight, next-generation Quantum Color delivers cinematic color intensity in every pixel with over a billion hues of vibrant color.

And it shows in the Tech Specs. So, you're saying you talked to Vizio and they said 'Nah..'
It's not the same TV. Walmart one looks to have a much thicker bezel around the screen and less inputs. I think that is the same time I bought mine and it came with a 15% cash card as well so it really came to the same price.

Walmart TV (MQ6): https://www.vizio.com/en/tv/m-series/M506x-H9

HDMI Ports: 3
Speakers Power Output 8 watts x 2
Local Dimming Zones <None listed>
Variable Refresh Rate Type <None Listed>

Costco TV (MQ7): https://www.vizio.com/en/tv/m-series/M50Q7-H1

HDMI Ports: 4
Speakers Power Output 10 watts x 2
Local Dimming Zones Yes with Active LED Zones® x16
Variable Refresh Rate Range 40 - 60Hz

Looks comparable to this model:

No local dimming for those interested

Call customer service and ask about the dimming. There have been multiple people stating they called and said the tech stated there's no local dimming.

Has Dynamic Motion Rate at 120, but does anyone know the native on this tv? HDMI 2.1 is appealing.

Can anyone compare to samsung ru8000 for sports? Just picked up the 65" ru8000 for $600, but I really don't need 65" in my 10x10 gym. There will be no gaming or movies or anything like that on it. Just news and sports while I work out.

TIA

I see a 120 "motion rate" on that site, but I'm not sure if that truly means 120hz.
