Are you planning on returning your Christmas tree when it dies too? They're glass bowls. They're going to chip. They still beat plastic.

Many folks online agree that the Pyrex of decades-past is not the same as the current-gen Pyrex.
Nonetheless I have Pyrex from the past few years that have stayed strong and no chips at all with decent care.


Unrelated:
I hate how disingenuous they get with their definitions of "Piece"s in the set. This should be a 4-piece set...not an 8-piece. Such BS marketing games they play.

I bought two sets last year and I returned both sets. The problem is the edge of the bowls is chip.

I own this set. Be careful of aromatics leaving a strong imprint on the lids, especially garlic. I made salsa and used the lid (with plastic wrap underneath). Still smells strong of onions and garlic. Otherwise, the bowls are perfect for my use.
