I would opt for the Gorilla 18 ft $79 deal. It's lighter when hauling, more stable and reliable. Overall better construction.

Incoming "ladder is too heavy" comments... it's like complaining how donuts are too fattening.

Got one last time. It does the job when you need it to and is solid. The price is as low as similar ladders have ever gotten.

With POWERLITE Rails: This one is only 40 pounds so very comparable to Gorilla in weight.
Werner and Gorilla both make great ladders.

I snagged one of these last time they had this sale. It seems pretty good so far. It is replacing a 17 foot that just wasn't quite long enough to reach some of the lighting fixtures in my home. This is a very noticeable increase in reach, both in "A" mode and in extended mode. Really liking it so far. The weight is nearly identical to the 17 foot, which impressed and surprised me. I expected it to be heavier. (for reference, the 17 foot I had was the one from Harbor Freight).

I bought earlier with free ship to home. That option seems to be dead. However I think most HD stores have it in stock with the same price according to BS, although on the app it says it's not sold in store. I will update BS link for you in a sec.

Here we go. Plenty in stock for my zip. https://brickseek.com/home-depot-...=309704168

In my experience, the Gorilla is much easier / smoother to use and set in different positions. I cuss at myself more frequently when using the Werner.

Would this be sufficient height to clean gutters on a 2 story home with 8 foot ceilings?

Yeah maybe if you need an 18ft ladder. I'm sure the people looking at this deal need a 22ft one.

Nope. This ladder is only 19' fully extended.

Totally disagree. This ladder is as solid or more than the gorilla. Yes it is a little heavier - but it is 22' vs 18'
