Will I need to submit multiple rebate forms if I buy more than 1 appliance? I see the rebate form has a limit of 5 per household but it wasn't clear if I had to submit 5 different forms or if I could just turn in one.

In years past, it's been one form. I don't know if that will hold for this year, but it should.

I bought many of these a few years ago, and even with multiple forms, I just submitted everything in one envelop, and all the rebates got paid ( surprisingly, TBH).
